Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Jakke pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been confirmed.
